Thank you for shopping at Fill Heaven. We want to ensure your new apparel arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping practices and policies below.
Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping
We work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.
- The Same-Day Cut-off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped out the same business day.
- Late Orders: Orders placed after 1:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day.
- Holidays: We do not ship on federal holidays. Orders placed on a holiday will ship the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following domestic flat rates:

Please note: "Same-day shipping" means your package leaves our warehouse today. It does not mean it will be delivered today.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx), it is tracking-dependent. Fill Heaven LLC is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged or suspect it is lost, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Sizing & Fit Disclaimer
Because our garments are individually cut and sewn, final measurements can vary within 1 inch from our posted size charts. This variance is within our standard manufacturing tolerance and does not qualify as a manufacturing defect for a free return. For items explicitly marked as an "Oversized Fit," we recommend ordering your true size for a relaxed look, or sizing down for a tailored fit.
