THE MISSION
Fill Heaven exists to unleash the Gospel boldly—stripping hell of its ground, uniting souls with God, and transforming believers into front-line saints for His redemptive mission.
2 Peter 3:9 says, “The Lord is not slow to fulfill His promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.” We know that God will not force His will upon those who resist it, but each day that passes until Jesus returns is a window of opportunity for more people to turn to Him and receive eternal life.
Through immediate repentance, faith, and works, the tragedy of eternal damnation can be completely avoided—but only if the right choice is made before time runs out. How can the right choice be made if it's not known?
For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” Romans 10:13-15
THE FILL HEAVEN STANDARD
We pursue eternal impact.
Our work matters forever. Every decision, relationship, and action carries weight that extends beyond this present moment into eternity itself. We’re not chasing quarterly returns or temporary wins—we’re pursuing outcomes that endure when all earthly things pass away.
This means we call people into saving relationship with Christ and equip believers to advance His kingdom. We reject short-term thinking and commercial expediency. Instead, we organize Fill Heaven around what lasts forever. When we must choose between what’s profitable now and what’s right eternally, we choose what’s right.
We live as authentic witnesses.
What we do matters as much as what we say. Our character and conduct are inseparable from our message. How we behave on the job tells others everything they need to know about our values and commitments. We commit to embodying the transformation we proclaim, allowing our good works to point others toward God.
Authenticity isn’t about perfection—it’s about integrity. We practice righteousness, not just talk about it. We let faith and love shape how we work, how we treat people, and how we handle challenges. God looks at the heart, so we focus on internal transformation that naturally flows into external action. When our inner convictions align with our outer conduct, people see Christ genuinely reflected in us.
We are all missionaries.
Every person at Fill Heaven is a missionary. This isn’t a reserved title—it’s the calling of every believer. We reject the idea that some roles are “more missionary” than others. Whether you work in accounting, customer service, operations, or leadership, your job is not separate from the mission. Your job is the mission.
God entrusts His kingdom mission to all His people. Some are called to cross-cultural work, but everyone is sent. When you view your work as a calling from God, you see it as an opportunity to witness and serve. By doing your job with excellence and integrity, you back up your faith with action. People watch how you work, how you treat others, and how you handle challenges—and through that, they encounter Christ.
We keep Christ at the center.
Everything we do flows from our relationship with Jesus. He is not a principle we apply or a doctrine we defend—he is the living center around which all our decisions, priorities, and actions revolve.
This means Christ comes before profit margins, market share, and personal advancement. We remember God, our relationships, and Fill Heaven—always in that order. When business decisions conflict with Christ’s values, Christ wins. We will not sacrifice our relationship with God or with others for a better job, more money, or personal prestige.
We do all for the glory of God. This transforms ordinary work into worship. Whether you’re managing finances, serving customers, or leading teams, you’re serving Christ. Business is a legitimate calling when it’s lived out in a way that honors God and serves others. By keeping Christ at the center, we ensure that Fill Heaven remains his instrument, not our empire.
