Shipping & Order Tracking
Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping
We know you want your new outfit fast! We offer same-day shipping Monday through Friday under the following conditions:
- The Cut-off: Your order must be fully placed and payment cleared by 1:00 PM CST.
- Late Orders: Orders received after 1:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following business day.
- Weekends & Holidays: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.
- Shipping vs. Delivery: Please note that "same-day shipping" means your package leaves our warehouse today. It does not mean it will be delivered today. Total delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under this amount, standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow its journey.
Sizing & Fit
How do your items fit?
Most of our pieces run true to size, but we also carry specific styles designed for an oversized fit (this will be clearly noted in the product description). Because garments are individually constructed, final measurements can vary within 1 inch, which is within our manufacturing tolerance.
- For standard items: Order your usual size.
- For oversized items: Order your usual size for the intended baggy look, or size down one full size for a more traditional, tailored fit.
What does "Oversized Fit" mean for your shirts?
Our oversized shirts are intentionally designed with a dropped shoulder and extra room through the chest and body for a relaxed, streetwear look. You do not need to size up to achieve this style—simply order your normal size. If you prefer a regular, closer-to-body fit, we recommend ordering one size down. Please note that final measurements can vary within 1 inch, which is within our standard tolerance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! But we do accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
How should I wash my new clothes?
To keep your apparel looking fresh and prevent shrinking, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Avoid ironing.
